Position: Technical Architects
Position Objective
The position will design the engineering platform on Service oriented
architecture, using .NET 4.0.
Also, will lay down the best practices for development, perform code
audits, design frame-works of new applications and lead a
trouble-shooting team to assist the different application groups in
their development tasks.
Work Experience (Knowledge, Skills)
• Proven experience in developing & managing web-based applications on
Microsoft Technologies using ASP .Net, C#, SQL Server, Web Services.
• Should be hands on in architecting, designing, reviewing code,
debugging, technical problem solving, prototyping & performance tuning
• Project Management skills in managing development team of 10+ members.
• Ability to optimally allocate tasks and properly utilize resources.
Emphasis on mentoring team
members and delivering high quality software.
• Strong emphasis on process orientation. Proactive and continuously
seeking improvisation of processes.
• Preferably experienced in the development of high traffic websites,
search technologies, web spiders, etc.
• Preference for experience working in a product company or outsourced
