Joining Time = within 15 days
Experience level = 5-8 yrs

Atleast 5-8yrs experience in .net C#(3.5 version).
-Should have exposure on winforms and multithreading.
-Experience on XML is required.
-Good hands-on experience on Sql.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job responsibilities include:
-Understand the requirement; analyze it to see how it can be incorporated within the framework, estimate and design.
-Take the ownership of the work unit and deliver it as per agreed expectations.
-Customer Interaction and managing expectation.
-Mentoring team.
-Should be willing to travel for requirements / implementation (UAT) phase.
Candidate should be willing to join in 7-10 days
