Job Description:
To provide support in the delivery of software projects such as eCommerce, ERP, SFA, SRM and CMS projects on time, in budget and to exceptional quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effective day-to-day management of projects
+ Creation and management of build budgets, ensuring project profitability
+ Management of internal project teams, including design, development and technical disciplines
+ Effective project planning and risk management
+ Documentation of user requirements and functional specifications
+ Produce all project life-cycle documentation, including project plans, risk registers and lessons learnt reports
+ Enforcement of project controls, including status reporting, client sign-offs and change control
CORE CAPABILITIES:
+ Minimum 2 Years project management experience
+ First class communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Ability to follow processes
+ Ability to problem solves and trouble shoots
+ Time management and prioritization

+ PMP qualification would be a bonus
+ Confident and effective communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
+ Proven track record of effective time management, excellent written communication, attention to detail and diplomacy
DESIRED PROFILE:
+ Day-to-day support for Project Managers for software projects such as ecommerce, ERP, SFA, SRM and CMS.
+ Supervised management of software/web projects.
+ Provide assistance with the communication between the client (and any 3rd parties) and the internal project team.
+ Provide assistance to ensure the effective planning and risk management.
+ Provide assistance to ensure the effective management of internal project team, including development, technical and design disciplines.
+ Provide assistance to ensure the effective management of client expectations.
+ Provide assistance in creating and managing build budgets to ensure profitable project deliverables
+ Proactively offer best practice advice on design, usability and accessibility, as well as online corporate communications/Investor Relations
+ Assist with the client review process and the change control procedure, including costing and capturing revenue for any work beyond the agreed scope of the project
+ Assist in the management of the design process, including the production of creative briefs and the delivery of design concepts to the client
+ Analyse and scope user requirements and business processes to ensure that client expectations are defined and met in the final product delivery
