EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -Must have expert understanding of exercise scheduling requirements including airspace, sea-space, and support assets - Demonstrate detailed understanding of the execution and flow of integrated training and large-force exercises, training instrumentation systems, and exercise reconstruction; must be familiar with ongoing operational data collection efforts. -Staff experience in USN Fleet training, operational planning and exercise implementation highly desired (i.e. Fleet HQ, numbered fleet, type commander, strike force training, FACSFAC staffs). -Experience in encroachment, environmental and other range sustainment issues that can affect mission readiness desired. REQUIRED EDUCATION/BACKGROUND: BA/BS degree required, preferably in engineering, physical science or environmental fields of study. Must be at least a prior active duty Navy Chief Petty Officer, Warrant Officer or Limited Duty Officer. Operational aviation, surface, subsurface or amphibious warfare experience is required.
