| EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -Must have expert understanding of exercise scheduling requirements including airspace, sea-space, and support assets - Demonstrate detailed understanding of the execution and flow of integrated training and large-force exercises, training instrumentation systems, and exercise reconstruction; must be familiar with ongoing operational data collection efforts. -Staff experience in USN Fleet training, operational planning and exercise implementation highly desired (i.e. Fleet HQ, numbered fleet, type commander, strike force training, FACSFAC staffs). -Experience in encroachment, environmental and other range sustainment issues that can affect mission readiness desired. REQUIRED EDUCATION/BACKGROUND: BA/BS degree required, preferably in engineering, physical science or environmental fields of study. Must be at least a prior active duty Navy Chief Petty Officer, Warrant Officer or Limited Duty Officer. Operational aviation, surface, subsurface or amphibious warfare experience is required. Active SECRET security clearance required. Successful candidate must be able to obtain Top Secret if required.
