JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
As Project Manager/Lead you will be responsible for delivering high
quality, high performing .Net based Software Applications and
products.
The key Job responsibilities will be
Will be Independently Responsible and will Head the Development Teams, should have Strong project management experience.
Ability to deal and manage complex project requirements, manage customer's expectations, must be proactive.
Should have Hands on experience on the Windows /Web based Application development and implementation on Microsoft .Net technologies in Client/Server and Multi Tier Architecture.
Preferably should have delivered Quality Releases of Software products and Solutions.
Co-ordinate with Web development Teams on producing highly optimized, highly scalable and high performing code.
Develop / maintain project plan and Software architecture documents.
Ensure all software development is done as per the quality document requirements and using pre-defined methodologies.
Drive systems, processes, and project management methodologies.
Produce well defined Functional and Technical specifications
Work with development teams to create sound architecture designs and implement best practices...
Work with Quality Assurance team on load /performance testing.
Work with project Management to enforce coding guidelines and conventions.
Develop and maintain project plan and software Architecture.
Work with development teams in code reviews.
Excellent quality and process orientation.
Monitoring project progress and risk identification, understanding client functional and non functional requirements for project success.
Excellent quality and process orientation and Should have experienceof Client relationship.
Ensure all software development is done as per the quality documentrequirements and using pre- defined methodologies.
Drive systems, processes, and project management methodologies. Produce well defined Functional and Technical specifications.
Full accountability of successful project implementation includingthe timescales and finances.
Lead multiple teams of 25-35 .Net Developers and other team members .
