Role: Practice Lead (MOSS)
Exp Level: 5 to 10 yrs
Skills: Strong programming background in C#, ASP.NET, Workflow Products and other Microsoft technologies.
Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint (WSS and MOSS) custom development.
Must have excellent Microsoft Project similar project management and scheduling tool experience.
Must have firm understanding of the following concepts and technologies:
o .NET Framework
o C# programming
o SharePoint Object Model and SharePoint Services
o SharePoint custom workflow development using Visual Studio
o Hosted SharePoint
o Web Services
o .NET Security Model
o Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Experience of managing small to medium size teams of architects and/or developers.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Software Development Methodology.
Experience of development Practices like code reviews, code coverage, memory profiling etc.
