Summary
This position will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for leading development, maintenance of Kinnosa application.
Responsibilities
1. Single point of contact for the Kinnosa product development at offshore.
2. Understand the product system requirements specifications given by Onsite Coordinator and able to provide accurate timelines and estimation for the work.
3. Follow the maintenance process defined and agreed upon.
4. Code and Implement changes on the Kinnosa Client application.
5. Assign work to the Kinnosa Server Developer
6. Responsible for the release and version management of the Kinnosa Client and Server.
7. Give weekly status updates to Onsite Coordinator and Product Manager
Performance Measures
1. Client satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
2. Clarity and integrity of code and in-line documentation as demonstrated by effective delivery and client acceptance of applications.
3. Success of the overall development project, as indicated by the timeliness of deliverables and the quality of code delivered.
4. Innovation in product design and use of new technologies which has a direct impact on time/quality of software products.
Education
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent is required.
Experience
Technical
Required
1. A minimum of 5 years of total experience in software application development.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in analysis, design and development of Win Form applications that make extensive use of C# and Win 32 API.
3. Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, .NET development using C# and Windows SDK.
4. Should have exposure to usage of MFC.
Nice to have
1. Exposure to C++ development.
Non Technical
1. Knowledge of SDLC and practical experience in SRS development, design documents and actual development. Knowledge of development methodologies like Iterative or Agile.
2. Experience with Configuration and Release Management
3. Experience in using issue tracking and document versioning tools.
4. Strong communicator
