Responsibilities Include:
The person should be good in designing and developing websites using
MOSS. He/She should have expertise in setting up and configuring
small/medium/large MOSS 2007 farms, design/architecture, upgrading and
migrating to MOSS 2007, development of applications, web parts,
workflows, InfoPath forms, and Excel Services. He/She should also be
well versed in using SharePoint as the content server and also to
integrate existing SharePoint website with any external content
server.
Beside he/she should be good in other related .Net & SharePoint technologies:

Position Requirements
Education and experience:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or MCA
Must have completed one Life cycle implementation of MOSS 2007
4 to 7 years of relevant software development experience in Microsoft
Technology
Ability to work in a regulated environment
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing and analyzing code for a web-based application
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Sharepoint Adminstration,
Programming expertise in Microsoft technologies including; ASP,
ASP.NET, C#.NET, Visual Basic, and VB Script
Desired: Ability to work on Web technologies; JavaScript, HTML/XHTML,
DHTML, and Flash
Optional: Knowledge of XML and Web services; WSDL, SOAP, UDDI
Proficiency in MS SQL 2005; scripting, query and performance optimization
Experience in MS VSTS suite of tools
Source-code version control (VSS or similar)
Software Engineering skills
Strong estimation and reporting abilities throughout project life cycle
Ability to write clean, documented, and maintainable code
Ability to translate complicated user requirements and requests into
functional and technical specifications for coding by offshore
developers
Ability to evaluate various technologies and to implement accordingly
Ability to create working code or database structures based on requirements
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Ability to understand and de-bug code written by others with very
little knowledge transfer

Essential duties & responsibility:
Responsible for the design and development of application software as
part of the product design and development team of application
development projects on Microsoft Technologies
Will be required to prepare detailed technical design specs and
implement/ code software components, interfaces and services based on
these designs

effectively in/with a team constituting of members from India/US
Should be able to deliver in time with quality
Should be a good team player
