We are recruiting developers in Microsoft technology at various level
having 4 to 7 years of relevant. This team will be involved in
software design and development tasks for various divisions of Kaplan.
He will further responsible to coordinate with other teams in Delhi as
well as other locations to deliver timely and quality product.

Position Requirements
Education and experience:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or MCA
- 4 to 7 years of relevant software development experience in
Microsoft Technology
- Ability to work in a regulated environment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and analyzing code for a web-based application
Technical Skills:
- Programming expertise in Microsoft technologies including; ASP,
ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, and VB Script
- Ability to work on Web technologies; JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, and DHTML Flash
- Knowledge of XML and Web services; WSDL, SOAP, UDDI
- Proficiency in MS SQL 2005; scripting, query and performance optimization
- Experience in MS VSTS suite of tools
- Source-code version control (VSS or similar)
Processes and methodologies
- Agile software development process
- Architecture design skills; MDA, AOP, SOA
