Requirements:
Application Security Professional
Lead a team of 1-3 software engineers
Proficient and Having Current Work experience in Application Security Domain (Areas of interest include Symmetric and Asymmetric keys, OpenSSL, Cross-site scripting, SQL injection attacks)
Excellent in C/C++ in UNIX environment, OOD, Proficient in using debugging tools
Knowledge of RDBMS (preferably Oracle) desirable
Produce technical design and associated design documentation, and drive design reviews.
Plan, track and manage the software project over its development cycle.
Coordinate team activities, Integrate the team's deliveries, Plan and execute roll-out of software
Oversee the quality of deliveries and ensure conformance to processes and practices.
Supervise day-to-day activities of the team and coach team members in technical/domain areas.
Excellent in problem solving, Good analytical skills and design knowledge and patterns
Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
The person must have worked for at least 6 years in Software Development, a minimum of 2 (recent) years in Application Security and in an off shoring setup.
