This position is based in Bangalore, Gurgaon, or Mumbai, India.
As an Account Strategist, your core responsibility is to manage relationships with existing advertisers. You'll help advertisers optimize their advertising campaigns, assist with the technical sales and support of Google's targeted advertising solutions and help drive business revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Managing campaigns on a day to day basis by responding to enquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively monitoring and analyzing performance of campaigns.
- Developing keyword campaigns and writing advertising copy.
- Managing keyword lists to deliver optimal client results.
- Leading efforts to improve ad relevancy in your region.
- Suggesting ways to improve performance.
- Working closely with sales and client to implement suggestions.
- Moving fast on maximization requests.
- Communicating effectively in meetings, through email, and during sales calls.
- Co-own business/revenue targets of the team linked to optimization.
- Bachelors degree and MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 yrs of work experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven record of successful process management and relationship development with clients.
- Media experience preferred; internet media experience a plus.
