We are looking for SQL Server developers that have excellent work ethic along with a strong understanding of
Required:
1) SQL server
a. Thorough understanding of how indexes work in SQL Server
b. Basic normalized Database concepts
c. Advanced SQL Server troubleshooting and tuning skills
d. Good stored procedure development skills using set based logic
e. Solid understanding Slowly Changing Dimensions concepts
2) SSIS
a. Advanced experience loading and exporting files
b. Solid understanding of different components within SSIS
c. Good scripting skills
A plus:
1) Data Warehouse experience
2) Cognos experience
