1. minimum 2.5 years experience
2. any computer science graduate
3. Hard core hands on experience in .NET applications including WPF.
4. C# .NET, WPF
5. NET 2.0/3.5 hands-on
6. UML understanding
7. OOP Design patterns
8. Strong SQL Skills

Responsible for architecture, design and development

Requirement documentation and tracking.
Should be able to lead a team of 5-10 junior developers
Should be able to write quality code, test and document the code
Creating and Reviewing Architecture document and technical design documents
Mentor the development team and provide technical leadership.
Assist the Project Manager in estimation and planning.
Code review and ensure team follows the set standard
Abreast of latest technologies & tools and put to use as and when required
Design and develop reusable components and frameworks for the product using Object oriented methodology
Performance tuning of application
Keep project requirement documents up to date
Provide transparent status reports regularly to PM
Drive best practices coding standards
Overall application Bug fixing
To make sure all the laid down policies and procedures are followed by self and the team.
