Perform periodic audits of the Quality System to insure that it is
effectively established and maintained in compliance with Good
Manufacturing Practice regulations.
Duties include:
Work with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Distribution and the Quality
Technical supports to facilitate a team approach to addressing product
quality issues.
Develop and conduct training classes for production personnel to address.
Perform periodic audits of the quality system to insure that it is
effectively established and maintained in compliance with Good
Manufacturing Practice regulations
Develop and analyze in-process and finished goods inspection data to
identify and resolve problematic processes and to provide trend
analysis.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects as well as
plant initiatives.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science, plus 1-3 years experience
in a QA/Manufacturing environment.
Experience in FDA regulated environment is preferred.
Strong technical, oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer and statistical skills as applicable to Quality
Control in a manufacturing environment.
