• 7 – 9 years of exp
• Strong on Architectural principles.
• Should have worked on multi-tier architectures.
• Databases
1. Very Strong on SQL-Server 2000 & 2005 – this is a must
2. Should have exposure to multiple databases
3. Should have done data modeling and database design
4. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance
Optimization of the database and the application in general
specifically on SQL-Server,
• Front End
1. Strong on .NET Framework
2. Should have architected multi-tier applications.
3. Should be aware of performance tuning of web applications.
• Must be exposed to estimation techniques and should be able to
provide estimations for new projects from a technology perspective.
• Strong in data analysis
• Good communication skills and should be a team player.
