Essential:
5-7 yrs of exp in working on windows/web based systems
Must have thorough understanding of architectural concepts, design patterns and Hands-on in VB.Net and Win Forms using dot net framework 3.5.
Sound concepts of RDBMS, Object Oriented, WCF, LINQ is must.
Good to have knowledge of ORM tools
Must be able to demonstrate a very strong analytical ability
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
Provide individual code reviews and mentoring sessions with developers to ensure quality and compliance with all agreed coding standards and best practices.
Provide design review sessions to communicate system requirements and application design to team members.
Estimating techniques to estimate .net applications
Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Iterative development and Agile
Testing Methodologies and Quality assurance principles
