~ At least 6 years of industry experience in web development with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, such as: .NET and C# ,ASP.NET,VBScript /JavaScript ,HTML/DHTML/CSS ,XML/XSLT ,Web services ,AJAX
~ Experience with enterprise applications and complex integration problems
~ Familiarity with T-SQL and writing stored procedures for SQL Server
~ Own end to end quality by engaging in unit, integration, and functional testing.
~ Knowledge of site optimization techniques and internet/networking protocols
~ Very good troubleshooting techniques
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Ability to work seamlessly with an overseas team in the U.S.
