Designation: Technical Leader / Team Lead / Project Lead
Location : Hyderabad
Job Description :
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise using the Java / J2EE technologies.
- Experience in Core java and Struts
- The Lead's are responsible for providing Solutions for both ISVs and Enterprise customers and for providing technical direction and guidance to multiple project teams
- Must be able to understand and analyze the customer requirements and come up with comprehensive Technical solutions and consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Must have solid development & design skills and must be able to play the role of an expert consultant for technology companies, which look up to AppLabs for providing direction and clarity for chalking out their respective solutions
- Must believe in always thinking beyond the obvious and should constantly look out for moving up the value chain in providing solutions for the customers and establishing AppLabs as the trusted partner in the overall technical association with the customers.
- Must have hands-on expertise in implementing and trouble shooting solutions and must be able to dive in deep.
- Must have the ability to mentor and guide technical teams with a focus to grow the technical leadership within teams.
- Must have the ability to suggest optimized solutions as part of pre-sales support.
- Must be well versed with different project life cycles and must have knowledge and experience in using different estimation methodologies like UCP, Function Points etc.
- Must understand and appreciate the true spirit of operational and engineering processes.
