We have a requirement of some senior professionals in the following areas. The requirement is with a leading multinational bank. The positions are based out of Delhi and NCR region.
 
1.Solution Architect with strong exposure to SOA : Band 35 and also Band 30



Responsibilities :

  • Play the role of Lead functional architect . Architecting reusable Business Services
  • Provide technology support to business partners with special focus in the following areas: Control and Compliance, Availability of Technology systems, Investment Optimization / Planning, Support on IT Strategies and Biz T compliance. Liaison with other technology teams (Project Governance Board, Security Office, Architects, Delivery and other business facing teams) at appropriate level to provide support to business.
  • Work with business to define project scope, planning, requirements definition, analysis and coordination of user acceptance testing for prioritized projects.
  • Understand the business and the assigned portfolio at appropriate level in order to contribute / support effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders, vendor partners and business partners to effectively influence the achievement of business results.
  • Ensure compliance to standard ………. Processes/Methodologies, specifically Method/1.

Required Qualifications :

  • Candidate should be bachelor's/post graduate degree holder in engineering or Masters in Computer Application & CA / MBA (finance) with 10 years plus of experience in software industry.
  • Strong technology, project management and domain background.
  • Strong grounding in SOA and prior experience in business analysis and business architecting in SOA context.
  • Proven capacity to lead and influence matrix based project team members and work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed team.
  • Strong experience in defining and managing business requirements.
  • Prior experience on working closely with business partners to provide technology support.
  • Understanding of accounting and reporting business process.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, plan and control several concurrent initiatives with conflicting needs.


2. Job Description for Business Intelligence ( BI ) : Architect / Technical Lead ( Band 30 )

Profile:

  • 5+ Years of experience - should have been working on Business Intelligence technologies for the last 3+ years (minimum).
  • Should have experience in implementing Cognos Business Intelligence (8.x)
  • Hyperion Essbase knowledge will be a plus
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Datamarts and datamodels
  • Experience in Documentum (Document Management System from EMC) is desirable
  • Exposure to ETL tool, preferably on Informatica
  • Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering the application.
  • Excellent customer interaction skill and understanding of their requirements and translating them into Business Solutions.
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Technical leadership with proven ability to develop high quality software solutions.
  • Excellent team leading, presentation and communication skills.
  • Should have exposure to multiple databases including SQL Server and Oracle

Profile:

  • 5+ Years of experience - should have been working on .net related technologies for the last 3+ years (minimum).
  • Experience in implementing atleast one large scale project
  • Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering the application.
  • Excellent customer interaction skill and understanding of their requirements and translating them into Business Solutions.
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Experience in implementing / evaluating package solutions
  • Technical leadership with proven ability to develop high quality software solutions.

Profile:

  • 10 Years of experience - should have been working as Technology Architect for the last 3+ years (minimum).

5.Project Manager (Oracle Financial Implementation – General Ledger)  : Band 35 : Job Description

Responsibilities:


The Project Manager provides planning, management and leadership over one or more technology project workstreams within the AET Oracle Financials implementation. This position will interact with other technology groups, business groups, and other project teams in achieving the project workstream's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include:
In collaboration with the workstream leader, build a comprehensive project workstream plan that includes technology and business milestones and deliverables.
Communicate project workstream objectives, priorities and deadlines to the technology utility groups supporting the project, and pull together the consolidated Technologies project plan.
Own the Technology deliverables for the project workstream and coordinate all activities related to the workstream across technology utility groups to meet quality, scope, and schedule requirements.
Managing activities/tasks related to different phases of software development life-cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, build, test & roll-out


Build and maintain internal and external relationships to effectively influence and direct the achievement of business results.
Ensure compliance to standard ………. project management methodologies and reporting techniques.

Prior experience with project management methodologies required. Strong background in software development life cycle. Hands-on experience of managing two/three end-to-end software development project life cycles.
Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Projects.
Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work well under pressure and in an independent environment.
High degree of initiative and self-motivation is a must.

6.Lead Business Systems Analyst (Bsa-Gl And Financial Reporting) : Band 35 :  Job Description

Responsibilities:


The Lead BSA provides analysis, coordination, and leadership within one or more technology project workstreams in the AET Oracle Financials implementation. This position will interact with other technology groups, business groups, and other project teams in achieving the project workstream's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include:
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive workstream project plan, helping define tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
Work with business partners to define project goals and objectives.
Lead the requirements analysis and documentation process.
Work closely with business project team during requirements gathering, analysis and functional testing phases.


Collaborate with business partner, vendor partners and other technology teams to ensure effective requirements analysis and specifications.
Understand the business process and Oracle Financials application at the appropriate level to influence the future business process design and final custom build requirements.
Coordinate with the Delivery team to ensure seamless transition from the Analysis phase to the Design phase.
Develop, coordinate and execute rollout plans – including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, communication and training.

Experience

Technical Lead for Oracle Financial Implementation in the area of financial reporting. Technical solution and implementation of off-the shelf Oracle products to fulfill business requirement in the area of financial reporting.
• Low level design and build of financial reporting solutions involving Oracle Business Intelligence and Essbase
• Handling activities/tasks related to different phases of software development life-cycle including design, build, test & roll-out
• Application of AIM methodology, Application of technical expertise to deliver business solutions
• Propose technology solutions in line with AXP / AET standards
• Ensuring adherence to standard processes
• Work closely with out-task partners to deliver technical solutions
• Collaborate with business partner, vendor partners and other technology teams to ensure effective delivery.

Required Qualification

Candidate should preferably be bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or a MCA degree holder, 5 + years of experience in designing/developing systems.
• Good understanding of system architecture and hands-on experience of large scale implementations, preferably financial reporting solutions.
• Must have hands-on experience as BI Developer on Siebel Analytics (part of Oracle BIEE) & Essbase.
• Strong technical background and experience in implementing Oracle Business Intelligence Suite (earlier called Siebel Analytics). Good understanding of OLAP concepts and ETL tools, preferably Informatica.
• Exposure to any of the following Oracle products is a plus: Financial Consolidation Hub, Analytics Workspace Manager, Enterprise Performance Foundation.
• Exposure to following technology areas is a plus: Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Discoverer, PL/SQL, Unix



8.Band 35 – Technical Manager (BI) : Oracle :
