We have a requirement of some senior professionals in the following areas. The requirement is with a leading multinational bank. The positions are based out of Delhi and NCR region.
1.Solution Architect with strong exposure to SOA : Band 35 and also Band 30
Responsibilities :
- Play the role of Lead functional architect . Architecting reusable Business Services
- Provide technology support to business partners with special focus in the following areas: Control and Compliance, Availability of Technology systems, Investment Optimization / Planning, Support on IT Strategies and Biz T compliance. Liaison with other technology teams (Project Governance Board, Security Office, Architects, Delivery and other business facing teams) at appropriate level to provide support to business.
- Work with business to define project scope, planning, requirements definition, analysis and coordination of user acceptance testing for prioritized projects.
- Understand the business and the assigned portfolio at appropriate level in order to contribute / support effectively.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders, vendor partners and business partners to effectively influence the achievement of business results.
- Ensure compliance to standard ………. Processes/Methodologies, specifically Method/1.
Required Qualifications :
- Candidate should be bachelor's/post graduate degree holder in engineering or Masters in Computer Application & CA / MBA (finance) with 10 years plus of experience in software industry.
- Strong technology, project management and domain background.
- Strong grounding in SOA and prior experience in business analysis and business architecting in SOA context.
- Proven capacity to lead and influence matrix based project team members and work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed team.
- Strong experience in defining and managing business requirements.
- Prior experience on working closely with business partners to provide technology support.
- Understanding of accounting and reporting business process.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, plan and control several concurrent initiatives with conflicting needs.
2. Job Description for Business Intelligence ( BI ) : Architect / Technical Lead ( Band 30 )
Profile:
- 5+ Years of experience - should have been working on Business Intelligence technologies for the last 3+ years (minimum).
- Should have experience in implementing Cognos Business Intelligence (8.x)
- Hyperion Essbase knowledge will be a plus
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Datamarts and datamodels
- Experience in Documentum (Document Management System from EMC) is desirable
- Exposure to ETL tool, preferably on Informatica
- Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering the application.
- Excellent customer interaction skill and understanding of their requirements and translating them into Business Solutions.
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Technical leadership with proven ability to develop high quality software solutions.
- Excellent team leading, presentation and communication skills.
- Should have exposure to multiple databases including SQL Server and Oracle
Minimum Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or a MCA degree holder
Technical Skills:
- Cognos BI certified
- Hyperion Essbase knowledge
- Design/Development of Databases on MS SQL / Oracle
- Data Warehouse implementations
- Experience on Documentum 5.3+ is desirable
- UML Design and Development methodology
- Basic understanding on Design Patterns
- Basic understanding of SOA
- Functional Knowledge in Finance Domain
3. Job Description for Microsoft Technologies ( .Net ) : Architect / Technical Lead ( Band 30 )
Profile:
- 5+ Years of experience - should have been working on .net related technologies for the last 3+ years (minimum).
- Experience in implementing atleast one large scale project
- Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering the application.
- Excellent customer interaction skill and understanding of their requirements and translating them into Business Solutions.
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Experience in implementing / evaluating package solutions
- Technical leadership with proven ability to develop high quality software solutions.
- Excellent team leading, presentation and communication skills.
- Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering high quality solution
- Should have designed and developed object/relational persistence framework using MS Technologies.
Minimum Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or a MCA degree holder
Technical Skills:
- Worked on .NET Framework 2.0/3.0
- C# and .NET and related technologies like ASP.NET, ADO.NET,.NET Remoting, Web Services, WCF
- Design/Development of Databases on MS SQL / Oracle
- UML Design and Development methodology
- Understanding of Enterprise Application blocks
- Basic understanding on Design Patterns
- Basic understanding of SOA
- Functional Knowledge in Finance Domain
4. Job Description for Lead Architect ( Band 35 )
Profile:
- 10 Years of experience - should have been working as Technology Architect for the last 3+ years (minimum).
- Develop a technical architecture for the integration of new and legacy to support business processes and long term development plans
