Skill Sets Required:
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical background with proven communication and presentation skills.
Experience in leading big teams and providing technical guidance is an added advantage.
The candidate should have extensive experience of analyzing systems with adequate knowledge in the features, limitations, capabilities, etc. of technology platforms.
The candidate should possess excellent design and modeling capabilities with experience in modeling of large enterprise-scale systems.
Technical Experience:
Expertise in Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, C#, XML, ASP.NET, Web Services, SQL Server, ADO.NET, COM+ and MSMQ.
Solid understanding of modeling including OOAD, CBD and SOA concepts.
Experience in modeling tools such as Rational XDE, Visio 2003 or Enterprise Architect, Visual Studio Team System
Expertise in the implementation of one or more server technology areas such as SQL Server, BizTalk Server, Host Integration Server, SharePoint Portal Server
Knowledge of WSE 2.0, WS-* standards, Office 2003 and .NET integration, Visual Studio 2005, .Net 3.0 etc. is preferred.
Strong knowledge of .NET Design Patterns
Educational:
M.Tech.-The candidate should have 50% of marks throughout. (From 10th - graduation / post graduation.).
