Wirasoft Consulting, a growing company based in Australian Technology Park (Sydney), is seeking expert Java programmers to assist in the development of web applications for its clients. You will be working in a small team, but on large projects that require the ability to plan ahead and communicate any design and development issues that occur. On the job training will be provided.
Essential:
- Degree in IT or equivalent;
- Solid Java programming skills;
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented concepts;
- Some J2EE exposure (ie knowledge of JSP/Servlets);
- Web development skills including knowledge of PHP, CSS, HTML and Javascript.
- The ability to work in a variety of team environments; and
- The ability to lead and mentor a team of junior and mid level developers.
