Position: Tech Lead ( Dotnet)
Experience: 6-8 yrs
Location: Gurgaon
Essential Experience:
5+ years of experience on .NET(1.1, 2.0, 3.5) development (C#, VB.NET, Web services, Stored Procedures, and Database designing)
1-2 yrs of experience in handling mid size projects independently as a team lead.
Experience in enterprise application integration using Webservices, MSMQs, APIs etc.
Good hands-on experience with component debugging and performance tuning of web based applications and database queries.
Should have a knack to work on agile development methodology.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Designing HLD / LLDs, from user requirements (primarily white boarded inputs) to design web Apps/ desktop Apps/ Webservices / windows services.
Constant and close mentoring of development team on .NET technology (C#, VB, ASP.NET, Web services, HTML, JavaScript)
Knowledge in designing scalable and business rules driven applications percolating the same to the application schema as well. Hands on in DML on MSSQL.
Hands on in web server deployments and server configurations using IIS.
Extremely proficient in SDLC, software architectures and design patterns.
Should have a good understanding of Agile development methodology as well as awareness of the inherit challenges.
