(a). Mandatory - BS Computer Science or better
(b). Mandatory -Strong Computer Science fundamentals data structures, performance, Big O
(c). Mandatory - Strong written/verbal communication stills
(d). Mandatory - 4+ years C# development, thick client applications (C# advanced) Generics, LINQ, Optimization, Web services, Serialization, Garbage Collection, Performance
(e). Mandatory - 2+ years WPF development (WPF Medium-Advanced). WPF Core, Data Binding, WPF performance optimizations, XAML, Understanding or ability to quickly grasp the MVVM
(f). Mandatory - Strong history of professional employment doing .NET development.
