Desire Candidate Profile:
* Candidate should have at least 1.5 years of experience as Tech Lead/Project lead.
* Candidate should have good project planning skill with proactive management
aptitude and have handled international clients.
* Candidate should have excellent English verbal & written communication and client
liaison skill.
* Candidate should have hands-on on technology and should be able to write a code in
C#,VB.Net ,XML,JS,HTML, any exposure to VC++ will be a plus.
* Candidate should have ability to handle multiple projects and should be able to
motivate and mentor teams.
* Goal-oriented thinking with the ability to get things done

* Project Development Lifecycle methodologies
* Object Oriented programming principles
a) Experience developing data-driven applications using an industry standard RDBMS (,

* Acquire complete understanding of software development processes.
* Mentor and manage team members, by giving constant on the job feedback and by
providing guidance
* To participate in Pre sales work as required, give technical solutions,
* To develop detailed implementation plans using MS Project and ensure that it is
constantly updated to reflect latest project status
* To deliver the project plan to scope, timescales To agree deliverables/milestones and
report project progress to the account specific management in place on the particular
project.
* To chair regular Technical Project Review Meetings, Customer facing Meetings, attend
Project Review Meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate.
* To manage risks and issues impacting project deliverables̢ۢ
* To escalate relevant issues and risks in accordance to the Project Issue and Risk
Management Procedure and the account specific Process.
* Acts as primary interface to the customer and all personnel associated with the project
