Position : IT - Project Lead
Reports to : IT - PM
Experience : 6+ yrs
Skills : Proficient in ASP.Net, VB.Net & Oracle(PL/SQL) or SQL Server
Should have knowledge of other technologies in MS Platform like VB & ASP.
Location : Saket, New Delhi
Jub Purpose :
IT - PL would be responsible to lead the various development & enhance ment activities for the applications. Individual should have a good experience in working with multiple technologies mainly on Microsoft Platform. He should have good understanding of the process to be adopted in software development.
Accountabilities & Activities
Design & code complex modules.
Provide technical leadership to the team to achieve project goals.
Lead & coordinate project delivery effectively with other groups like Developement, Release Management.
Carry out estimation for development efforts & validate scope & assess risk.
Define & implement a metrices programme for project performance monitoring & improvement.
Establish & monitor adherence to the coding standards & guidelines.
Take appropriate action to collect, analyze metrics & suggest improvements for project & team performance.
Take initiatives to mentor, motivate team to perform.
Conduct weekly project meetings, one-on-one with team members.
Perform team adminstration & project mangement tasks as necessary.
