a. Education: BE [any] / MCA / MCS / MCM
b. Experience: 7+ years with 1-2 years hands-on as project lead/manager.
c. Project Management & Accounting
* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
* Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
* Effectively applies quality management system methodology and enforces project standards.
* Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
* Monitors risks and facilitates mitigations for them.
* Monitors defined quality measurement parameters and provides inputs to QA team for continuous monitoring.
* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
* Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
* Manages project budget.
* Provides inputs to Delivery Manager/Delivery Director for timely and accurate invoicing.
* Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
* Holds regular status meetings with project team.
* Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
* Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
* Resolves and/or escalates project or people issues in a timely fashion.
* Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
* Participation in pre-sales activities and POC as and when required.
d. Technical Skills
* Strong in .NET concepts (2.0 / 3.5)
* Practical hands-on in working on win-forms, web-forms, middle-ware, and client-server applications.
* Strong ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
* Highly logical and has a very good problem solving skills.
* Very good spoken and written communication skills.
* Expert software engineering skills with adequate exposure to designing applications.
* Hand-on experience in various design patterns including (but not limited to) MVVM, MVC/MVC2, SOA, etc.
* Experience on using automated unit testing tools (like NUnit / MSTest).
Knowledge of Health Care / Biotechnology Domain is added advantage.
