Opening for Relationship Manager

This is in regard to an urgent opening for a Relationship Manager for our Jasola office in New Delhi.


What you will do?

1.Develop projects portfolio, by utilizing current relationships. Lead business development activities by leveraging professional networks
2.Meet the revenue targets as per overall business plans of the company
3.Build a strong image for the company services through appropriate strategy
4.Interact and proactively understand customers requirements and translate it into business
5.Grow the existing customer accounts and thereby enhance repeat business through effective interfacing and follow-ups with customer and also by interfacing with the service delivery units
6.Understand and analyze sales and marketing needs with respect to brands and then translate them into project requirements
7.Build positive relationships and trust with the end-customer through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and effective communication.
8.Deliver projects on time, of the required quality and within budgeted cost
9.Participate in pre sales & project implementations


Skills you should have:

1.Solid written and verbal communication skills; Proficient with Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
2.Ability to translate business needs into project requirements
3.Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder
4.Continuously gather knowledge of competitors. Executing and communicating effective selling strategies.
5.Strong background of project development
6.Should have good relationship/contacts with potential customers and domestic firms
7.Good understanding of development in PHP, JAVA, MySQL, Web Services, Web Applications
8.Should be flexible and expert in multi tasking
