Previous Experience in leading Teams
Strong in .NET Technologies
VB.NET and WinForms
Smart Client Software Factory working experience WCF and Web services
Knowledge of XMLs
Enterprise Application Blocks
Design Patterns
MVP/MVC knowledge is a must
Experienced with databases access technologies like ADO.NET, Data Access Application Blocks
Knowledge of Informix is a Plus
Knowledge of previous working experience in HL7 is a plus
