CapGemini India is looking for a Lead/Manager level consultants within Ux/User Interface to lead a team of experienced consultants along with project management, client presentation and team management skills.
Following are the job responsibilities: -
• Ability to define and drive UX strategy
• Ability to build compelling business case for UX
• Ability to scope and manage UX projects such as Evaluations, Research, Design, Validation, Best Practices and UI Standards
• Ability to provide thought-leadership to clients and internal teams
• Ability to drive innovation based on new customer insights
• Lead and execute stakeholder facing activities
• Multi-channel perspective with an in-depth understanding of at least one of the technology channel (Internet/Mobile/IVR/ATM)
• Ability to maximize the impact of user-centered design to translate business and functional requirements into user flows, interaction models, wireframes & page layouts
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and produce quality work in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Ability to train and mentor team
