Sr. Developer/ Analyst
Job Description:
· Self-motivated and quick-learner team player who can take the full ownership of designs from concept to support
· Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives
· Work independently; Require less oversight/assistance
· Ensure processes are followed at all stages of Software Development Life Cycle
· Participate/host calls independently with onshore business and technology team
· Should be able to understand the problem and recommend solutions during JAD/discussions/meetings
· Reviewing requirements specifications and other documents received from the stateside
· Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis, HLD and LLD
· Develop & unit test Complex Programs/Component
· Follow/implement Iterative/Agile methodology
· Suggest process improvements to achieve or exceed desired quality
Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Primary Technical Skills (Strong Expertise):
· Technology : NET Framework 3.0/3.5, ASP.Net, Web Services
· Programming Languages : C#, VB.Net, VB Script, Java Script
· Database : SQL Server 2005 TSQL (Architecture skills)
· Configuration Management : Visual Studio Team System
· Design Tools : MS Visio and 3 + years of Object Oriented Design
· SDLC : Iterative/Agile Development Methodology
Secondary Technical Skills (Desired Expertise):
· Technology : WCF and Windows Workflow
· Others : MS Office, MS Project
Other Skills (Required);
· Excellent Verbal & Written communication
· Should have 1 year onsite (US only) work experience working with Business or Tech Support team
· Experience in Banking Domain
· Experience in distributed application development
