The Technical Lead would play a significant role during the design and implementation of the technological solution for our clients. He/she must have in-depth understanding of software engineering methodologies and techniques and should be capable of ensuring their compliance at all stages of software development. He/she should be able to provide technical guidance to software engineers to ensure customer satisfaction with delivery of high quality software. He/she should be able to participate in coding, development, design, architecture for projects. In-depth exposure to .net development framework is essential.In addition, a Technical Lead must have proven Leadership skills, Design Skills, Development Skills, and experience and knowledge of Project Processes and Mentoring. He/she should be confident, be self-driven with a lot of initiative, and should have the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies. Personal Profile: # Working experience with Advanced C# using Windows/Web Services and XML. # Strong skills in database schema (SPs/triggers) design, development and optimization. # Microsoft development best practices/patterns, Application Blocks, tools. # Strong knowledge of OOAD, Design Patterns and Enterprise Application Integration. # Minimum 5 years experience in development. #.Net Framework 2.0/3.0, C#/VB.Net, ASP.Net, AJAX, XML/XSL/XSD, SQL server 2000/2005, UML with Architecture designing experience & database designing. # In addition working knowledge of SRS 2000/2005, Visual Source Safe, and MS Visio would be an added advantage |
