„« Candidates must have an understanding of business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills designing and developing technology in area(s) of specialization to solve business problems.
„« Participates in the delivery of complex solution as technical architect.
„« Extensive experience of requirement analysis and coding
„« Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
„« Experience in handling a Team of at least 4-6 professionals
„« Planning and Tracking Team Activities and Deliverables
„« Strong communication skills.

„« Flexibility and right Attitudes at work
„« Have two years of design experience on .NET plateform.
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
„« Requirement Analysis, Design and coding.
„« Estimate effort and timelines for the project. Project planning, scheduling, reviewing/monitoring.
„« He will be responsible for the project delivery.
„« Team performance review, Technical and soft skills up gradation of team.
„« Providing technical guidance to the team, as mentor of the team.
II. Areas of Expertise
„« Strong programming experience in C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET with good knowledge in .Net framework.
„« Strong with OOPs concepts
„« Backend experience in SQL Server 2005 is must.
Years of Experience
„« BE / B.Tech. / MCA from reputed colleges as regular course (not from IGNOU or any other similar distance learning program) with 5 - 8 years experience in Software Development with at least 3yrs in .NET Technologies.
