Key skills Required :
1. 5+ Years of experience - should have been working on .net related technologies for the last 3+ years (minimum).
2. Experience in implementing atleast one large scale project
3. Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering the application.
4. Excellent customer interaction skill and understanding of their requirements and translating them into Business Solutions.
5. Experience in implementing / evaluating package solutions
6. Technical leadership with proven ability to develop high quality software solutions.
7. Excellent team leading, presentation and communication skills.
8. Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering high quality solution
9. Should have designed and developed object/relational persistence framework using MS Technologies.
