As part of this strategy, the organization is executing a rapid expansion plan to increase its delivery capacity in Noida and NCR region. The company is seeking more than 500 percent growth at its off shore centre.
Job Description:
- Proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale .Net solutions
- Ability to gather business requirements and architect solutions based on those requirements
- Good Analysis and Design skills (including experience with techniques/tools such as UML, Enterprise Architect, Rational XDE and WBI Modeler)
- First class design skills including the ability to draw up extremely accurate specifications that could be effectively utilised by development teams offshore as well as onshore
- Good hands-on coding skills in .Net and related technologies (VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#)
- Strong experience of Application Servers
- Experience and knowledge of Relational Databases
- Experience with multiple platforms (i.e. Windows 2000, AIX, HP-UX and Solaris)
- Involvement across the full project lifecycle (to successful deployment)
- A delivery focused attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward and meet demanding deadlines
- A willingness to be flexible in terms of work location and to undertake work at client sites as and when required
- Ability to deal successfully with staff at all levels within an organization
- The ability to communicate clearly to a wide range of people both internally and externally to the organization (as well as the ability to influence / negotiate)
- Exceptional customer facing skills
- Strong written and presentation skills
