Position - R & D Technical Manager
Location:- Bangalore

• Keen problem-solver with a proactive, team-oriented approach, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• This job requires good analytical skills as well as strong programming skills.
• Experienced in full software development life cycle of designing, developing, testing implementing, migration and support activities.
• Experienced in full software development life cycle of designing, developing, testing implementing, migration and support activities.
• Development Experience in one of the following areas: Telecom/ Datacom/ Wireless/ VOIP.
• Knowledge of protocols like TCP/IP, SCTP, UDP, SNMP, SOAP. Knowledge of mobile applications.
• Competency in the following areas: Java/J2EE, RMI, XML, HTML.
• Experience with product development using Agile methods & Scrum.
Desired Profile:
• 8+ years practical R&D experience, including at least 5 years in a similar environment.
• Educated to at least university degree level in EE or CS or Computer Applications or MCA.
• Knowledge in CDMA/ GSM network covering all major network elements like BTS, SDU, VPU, MM.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated strong initiative, ownership, communication and teamwork skills.
