Job Description:
1.We are looking for the best and the brightest that are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work designing and developing a world class SOA System. This is not a management role, it is a technical role and you will be required to spend 70%+ in code. As the developer lead, you will lead the Product development team working with the Reval US managers.
2.You will mentor the local technical team in design, development and deployment of a next generation .NET 3.0 Enterprises SOA plat form.
3. You will work with the team in defining development schedules, functional specifications and detailed test plans/cases.
4. You will track local task and deliverables while working to alleviate bottlenecks and road blocks.
5. You will perform code reviews and best practices studies with the distributed team.
6. You must be able to travel to/from US as needed to work with US/India team.
7. You will build an environment that supports cooperation and cohesiveness in the work team.
Desired Skill:
1.Ideal candidate will have many of the following experiences:, WCF, .Net 3.0 and Distributed Processing.
2. You must have experience of working with SOA, SQL, .Net, ASP.NET, Web Services, .Net Remoting, Queuing, XML, XSL and ASP/COM Model.
3. You should have the demonstrated ability to mentor a team of high energy engineers and sr. engineers with significant experience on technology and product.
Note:
You will work with remote teams in US and UK occasionally joining meetings after traditional INDIA hours. You would be currently working in a global IT products/consulting company, looking for an opportunity to have a larger impact and recognition for your talent
Qualification: Fulltime BE/BTech, MCA's from Top Engineering Colleges (REC, IIT preferred)
Total Experience: 8-10 years Software Product development experiences with multi year project life cycles. (Ideally in Financial Space)
Location: Delhi/NCR, Gurgaon
