America
We are looking for someone bilingual in English and Spanish with 5-7
yrs Software sales experience in the Financial Services Industry in
Latin America. Someone with experience in developing partnerships and
distributors in LATAM. We want someone with a proven record of
consistently achieving quotas.

Client: A Software Division recognized around the world as the
industry leader for providing one of the most comprehensive, fully
integrated electronic financial transaction solution suites, is
looking for a Sales Representative for the Latin America Region.
Location: Miami or Orlando, FL
Salary: $75K + Commissions ($55K-$60K)
Main Tasks/Responsibilit ies:
-Identify opportunities in new markets within the assigned territory
in Latin America
-Establish necessary partnerships or alliances in the markets that
require it
-Meet assigned quotas
-Will travel approximately 60% of the time
-Reports to the Sales Director - Latin America, Caribbean and Canada
Required skills and experience:
-Minimum of 5-7 yrs Software sales experience in the Financial
Services Industry in Latin America
-Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese would be a plus
-Proven record of consistently achieving quotas
-Proven record of opening new markets through direct sales
-Experience in developing partner/distributor relationships
-Self-Motivated and self-directed
-Outstanding communication, negotiation and selling skills
-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; time management
and organizational skills
-Highly developed customer collaboration, innovation and influencing
skills
-Comfortable in a team environment - understands and shares the
collaborative value of the team selling approach
-Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
-MBA would be a plus
-Will need to provide references
