Senior Director, Marketing Consulting - $140K+ - New York

We have an opportunity for a Senior Director, Marketing Consulting.

Client: Our client is one of the nation's leading payment brands,
backed by a reliable, secure and scaleable payments network. Offering
a diversified portfolio of payment products and services, we link more
than 13,000 financial institutions, 6.3 million merchant acceptance
locations and 500 million cardholders.

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $140K + Bonus 12%

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies
and plans as a marketing consultant for one of our largest Member Banks.
-Provide marketing consulting that encompasses all credit and debit
products and services.
-Prioritize and lead projects while assuring the judicious use of
internal and agency resources.
-Lead budgeting, planning and financial strategy for the business
including project return on investment.
-Manage key initiatives in partnership with Group Director and Senior
Directors on business.
-Foster strong working relationships with key internal and external
stakeholders and team, and serve as a strategic marketing partner,
providing day-to-day integration and coordination of programs.
-Monitor competitive developments and best-in-class solutions to
ensure their consistent and effective use in meeting both Credit Card
and Member Bank business objectives.

Qualifications:
-A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience with
leading consumer brand products in corporate or agency/consulting
environments.
-Financial Services, especially card marketing, experience a plus.
-Must have strong strategic leadership, communication and relationship
skills and be able to project an image of the organization that
enhances the professional credibility of marketing.
-Demonstrated experience in:
*Leading the development and delivery of effective consumer marketing
strategies and programs.
*Developing distinctive strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
*Translating broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
*Aligning the organization to support strategic priorities.
*Promoting ideas and proposals persuasively.
*Shaping stakeholder opinions.
*Working through conflicts to negotiate win/win situations.
