District Manager – Chicago
This position will be directly accountable for the operational
aspects of a group of 10-12 childcare centers, including ensuring
quality care and education for the children, delivering excellent
customer service, achieving financial targets, developing and
retaining employees, driving enrollment, and ensuring legal
compliance. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and experience
in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Master's degree is
preferred. Two+ years of multi site experience and the ability to
generate financial results, select and develop new talent, attain
consistent operational results, and drive change in alignment with
the leadership vision are essential.
