Denver Position
Senior Construction Estimator/Manager: a highly motivated, experienced,
Denver resident, candidate for the position of for Denver, Colorado office.
Responsibilities will include performing conceptual estimates based on
limited information, applying unit pricing techniques, maintaining a
historical database, providing estimating input on projects at various
stages of design development, and preparing detailed construction budgets.
Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of general construction and/or
estimating experience and be skilled in RS Means, MC2, Primavera P5, MS
Project and Microsoft Excel. This position will oversee and monitor three
other estimators in other US locations. Please only candidates living in the
