Function / dept : Treasury – Mid-office
Job holder’s supervisor : Finance Director & Company Secretary
Next level supervisor : Managing Director
Purpose of the Job
Identify risks the Treasury has to face and devise Risk Management Manuals. Suggest limits and framework accordingly
Review and Update these manuals periodically
To adhere to the overall risk management framework identified by the Company with respect to market and regulatory framework.
To review these parameters continuously and update / suggest to the ALCO for changes depending on the prevalent market conditions.
To keep the management updated on rules and regulations as stipulated by RBI and the ALCO and changes to devise borrowing strategies accordingly.
