POSITIOIN : Manager/Sr. Manager - Machine Shop Quality
QUALIFICATION: B.E./ Diploma (Auto/ Mechanical)
EXPERIENCE: B.E. with 7-12 Yrs or DME with 12-15 yrs
Location: Indore
Job Description:
* Responsible for Quality Functions at Machine Shop.
* Manage Quality initiatives for new product development in Machine Shop.
* Implement & maintain Quality Control Operation Sheet (QCOS) & Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA) in Machine Shop.
* Reduction in Internal Rejection Cost.
* New Product Development.
* Problem Analysis/ Corrective Actions.
* Analysis of rejection and solving problem using QC tools.
* Monitoring of Calibration & In-process activities
* Conduct Product & process audits in shops & provide feedback.
* Conduct part trial runs & provide effective feedback.
* Establishment of Quality Systems as per ISO/ TS 16949.
* Suggesting and improving quality related initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* B.E./B.Tech (Auto/ Mechanical) with 7-12 Yrs of DME with 12-15 Yrs of relevant Experience.
* Experience preferably from Automobile/ Engine Mfg. Industry.
* Knowledge with ISO-TS 16949 / PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA tools.
* Experience in Quality Assurance function preferably in Auto OEM with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ TS 16949 background.
* Must have Exposure of handling all Machine Shop activities.
* Experience with machining process- like Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Cankshaft & cam carrier.
* Must have good Leadership Qualities.
* Should have Good Communication Skill.
