Technical background in Product Development in .NET (skillset mentioned above).
7+ hands on experience in .Net Technologies is MUST
The position requires 70% Technical hands on coding and 30% people management.
Skills ASP.Net (3.5/4.0),C#, Oracle /SQL, Ajax, JQuery & Java Script.
Preferred to be B.Tech Comp Science/Advanced Degree Highly Preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
SSE (Development) : BeB
Candidate must have at least 5 Years of experience in .Net .
Technical background in Product Development in .NET
· 1 years of .NET v3.5/v4.0 Web UI development in a multi-tier
application - mandatory
· 4 years of JavaScript (needed by most but not all team members)
· 2-4 years of multi-browser development using CSS and JQuery
· 1 year of Web 2.0 development
Tech Comp Science/Advanced Degree Highly Preferred
Good communication skills

Experience/Skills:
7-9 yrs of hands-on experience in Development
Expected to do hands-on development of core modules
Must have – Good working experience on Agile / Scrum development
methodology including planning, estimation and driving the delivery
Experience on XML, Web Services
Work experience in medium to large scale projects. Participated in
SDLC of at least 3-4 development projects (end to end)
Good communication skills, especially written
Knowledge of general Microsoft development standards and best practices
Comfortable and experienced with fast-paced development environment
Able to technically lead/mentor 6-7 developers
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Primary Skills - Extensive experience in programming using .NET, Win
forms, WPF, C#, WCF. Experience in programming using CSLA.Net, MVVM
architecture, Coding and debugging knowledge of Visual Basic 6.0
Domain: Good working experience in Financial /banking domain,
preferably commercial banking.
Team size to handle: 5 - 7 Team members.
