Strong object oriented development experience and understanding of UML standards
Extensive .net commercial development experience (preferably C#)
Good exposure to windows desktop application development (preferably using WPF and or Silverlight)
Understanding of composite UI frameworks such as CAL/Prism and or CAB/SCSF
Experience of implementing and leveraging service oriented architecture (preferably using WCF)
Experience in managing solution quality through established standards & tools such as FxCop, StyleCop etc.
Exposure to TDD with working knowledge of key frameworks and tools such as Nunit, NCover etc.
Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to recognize and avoid common anti-patterns
Exposure to web application development (ASP.Net and or ASP.Net MVC)
Exposure to a commercial RDBMS preferably Oracle
