along with WCF. This position is for our off-shore location in Gurgaon.

Required Skills: -- C#, .NET 3.5, ASP. NET, SQL, DESIGN PATTERN, OOPS, WCF, WWF, LINQ / SILVERLIGHT.
At least 9 years of total experience

At least 2 year of prior experience in design and architecture
Solid understanding of C# development, Service Oriented Architectures

Design apps based on a .NET architecture framework & design patterns

Experience with .NET 3.5 framework, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript

Experience designing and developing commercial browser based 3 tier applications using web technologies

Experience developing with Microsoft SQL server

Good knowledge and understanding of hardware, operating systems, networking, multi-tiered architectures, SOA, WEB 2.0, etc

Proficient in OOP, UML

Excellent understanding or waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies

Good understanding of deployment planning, scalability, performance issues and tuning

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus

Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form

Participate in cross-design and code reviews

Pro-actively propose/actively implement best practices, policies and procedures

Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
