Designation: Quality Manager - Turbines, Generators, Sub-Critical, Super-Critical
Positions: 30
Experience: Experience of 7-20 years in large size thermal power plants.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Exposure to TQM, SQC techniques, latest quality management tools like JIT, six sigma, lean manufacturing, RCA, CTQ is essential.
* Non destructive testing qualification and knowledge in RT, UT, PT and MT shall be added advantage.
* Knowledge on materials and their testing, electrical, Mechanical, Civil testing of electrical, Mechanical machines and calibration of instruments.
* Experience in establishing quality systems /procedures for new product realization and handling vendors and JV partners /collaborators.
* Making Quality review & Plans. Making loop with third party inspection & review.
* Leadership, Analytical, team player and fast decision making.
POSITION SUMMARY (Broad overview of responsibility):
* Report to Head (QM)
* Responsible for quality assurance and control functions for the manufacturing of sub-critical / super-critical turbines and generators.
* Candidate should have exposure of EPC Business
* Implementation of supplier quality assurance program.
* Managing & resolving quality issues related to customers/consultants.
NOTE:
* Candidate must have power plant experience.
* Candidate must have 1st class in BE or B. Tech, S/he should not have ATKT or Backlogs.
