Assist with development of Coast Guard technological advancements and distributed learning materials to Coast Guard personnel. The candidate must have substantial experience and expertise in instructional presentation, and outstanding communications skills. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Master level degree in Instruction Systems Technology or in an equivalently similar field. SKILLS: One year experience in Government and/or industry human performance analysis initiatives is required. The successful candidate will have access to classified information and must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
