- You Will Be Offered The Job As Soon As You Will Get Selected But You Will Be Joining Microsoft From Oct 2008 But Till that Time You Will Work With Your Current Company. This arrangement is to facilitate your H1 process, since last Date for Paper Work of Visa April 30th 2008.
In current scenario the opportunity is for three years….but h1 Visa can / Will Be Renewed After Three Years.
Once in USA you will be eligible for regular / Normal Benefits as an ADITI INC employee immediately
You Are Also Required To Sign / submit A Rs.10 Affidavit Ensuring You Will Join Microsoft USA In Oct 2008. This Affidavit will be supported by Post Dated Cheques, in favour of Aditi Technologies which will be returned once you Join Aditi. Affidavit Will Be containing very generic terms which we will discuss with you once you are s/l by Aditi’s technical panel.
