- Conduct HR Interview
- Conduct Online Technical Test. Passing criteria is above 70%
- If short listed, discuss offer with candidate.
- Conduct Reference Check.
- If candidate accepts offer, give him offer letter.
- Candidate has to provide security either in form of bank guarantee for Rs. 1 lakh for 2 years. He can submit guarantee in 2 parts of Rs. 50,000 each.
- Candidate has to arrange 2 sets of documents (H1 checklist)
- Documents are sent to USA for filing.
- Petition is approved by October / November and after stamping the candidate is expected to fly by January / February.
